Surface crack

Surface cracks are caused by excessive shrinkage.

Corrective Action: 

• Increase mold temperature to speed up curing
• Reduce the line speed, the same as the above measures
• Increasing the loading or glass content of the filler, increasing the toughness of the resin-rich surface, thereby reducing shrinkage,
• Pressure and crack
• Increase the level of low temperature initiator or use an initiator lower than the current temperature.
• Add a surface liner or veil to the part
